Planning fees begin at $500 and are tailored to the complexity of your itinerary, number of destinations, travel style, and level of customization required. Following our consultation, I'll recommend the planning service that's the best fit for your journey.
Air travel can be one of the most stressful parts of any trip. My goal is to make it one of the easiest. I'll coordinate your flights from start to finish, selecting the best options for your itinerary, schedule, and travel preferences. If plans change along the way, I'll work with Avenue Two Travel's dedicated Air Desk to assist with cancellations, rebooking, and itinerary changes, helping you get back on track with as little stress as possible.
When travel is planned on a shorter timeline, your itinerary receives priority attention so every detail can be coordinated as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. This fee reflects the additional time and flexibility that is required to provide the same high level of service.
Within 30 days of departure : Additional $300
Within 60 days of departure: Additional $150
Planning fees compensate for the time, expertise, and personalized attention invested in designing your journey. Once planning has begun, fees are non-refundable and are not affected by changes or cancellation of your travel plans. Additional terms, including cancellation policies, will be reviewed with you in your Planning Agreement before any reservations are confirmed.
