If you'd like, I can coordinate your air travel from start to finish, selecting flights that best complement your itinerary, schedule, and travel preferences. If travel disruptions occur, my Air Team will assist with cancellations, rebooking, and schedule changes, working to secure the best available alternatives so you don't have to navigate airline disruptions on your own.
When travel is planned on a shorter timeline, your itinerary receives priority attention so every detail can be coordinated as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. This fee reflects the additional time and flexibility required to provide the same high level of service.

Planning fees compensate for the time, expertise, and personalized attention invested in designing your journey. Once planning has begun, fees are non-refundable and are not affected by changes or cancellation of your travel plans. Additional terms, including cancellation policies, will be reviewed with you in your Planning Agreement before any reservations are confirmed.
