At On The List Luxury Travel, LLC, we believe in clarity, transparency, and thoughtful service. The following Terms & Conditions outline our policies and help ensure a seamless travel planning experience.

Welcome, and thank you for allowing On The List Luxury Travel, LLC to design your travel experience. We are committed to providing thoughtful, highly personalized service and seamless planning from start to finish.

Business Affiliation
On The List Luxury Travel, LLC is an independent travel advisor and An Independent Affiliate of Avenue Two Travel. We operate as an independent contractor and partner with trusted global travel suppliers to curate exceptional experiences on your behalf.

1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other service providers. While we carefully select preferred partners, we do not own, operate, or control these entities and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.

2. Planning & Service Fees
To provide a high level of personalized service, planning and/or service fees may apply. These fees will be communicated in advance and are non-refundable. They reflect the time, expertise, and attention dedicated to designing your itinerary and managing your travel arrangements.

3. Reservations & Payment Authorization
All travel arrangements are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. A deposit and/or full payment may be required to secure reservations. By submitting payment, you authorize On The List Luxury Travel, LLC to make bookings on your behalf and acknowledge acceptance of both our Terms & Conditions and those of the travel suppliers.

4. Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing is dynamic and may change until reservations are confirmed. Once booked, pricing is subject to supplier terms and conditions. Changes to confirmed itineraries may result in additional costs, fees, or penalties.

5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations may result in penalties, loss of deposits, or forfeiture of funds. Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the supplier and are not guaranteed by On The List Luxury Travel, LLC.

6. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Coverage may include trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and more. By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks and agree that On The List Luxury Travel, LLC is not responsible for any losses that may have been covered.

7. Travel Documentation & Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required documentation is valid and obtained prior to travel, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and any destination-specific requirements. Requirements may change, and travelers are encouraged to verify details with appropriate government authorities.

8. Health, Safety & Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to illness, injury, delays, disruptions, or unforeseen events. By booking travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to assume responsibility for your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability
On The List Luxury Travel, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, acts of God, weather events, pandemics, government actions, mechanical failures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Supplier Terms & Conditions
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. These may include additional restrictions, cancellation policies, and liability limitations. By proceeding with booking, you agree to be bound by those terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of On The List Luxury Travel, LLC and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
